Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 (1-ounce) package ranch dressing mix
  • 1 tablespoon dried dill
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 2 (16-ounce) packages bite-size cheddar cheese crackers

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F.

Step 2 –In a small bowl, whisk the olive oil, the ranch dressing mix, the dill, and the garlic powder together.

Step 3 –In a large bowl, add the cheddar crackers.

Step 4 –Drizzle the ranch mixture over the crackers and toss to coat.

Step 5 –Divide the crackers between two large rimmed baking sheets, spreading them out in an even layer.

Step 6 –Bake, stirring every 10 minutes, until lightly toasted, about 30 minutes.

Step 7 –Allow the crackers to cool on the pans for 30 minutes.
