Easy Chicken Tetrazzini

While the name tetrazzini may sound Italian, Easy Chicken Tetrazzini leans more Midwestern with sour cream and cream of chicken soup as two of the key ingredients. Whatever its origins, this easy dish is sure to please. Warm and comforting, chicken tetrazzini is sure to be a dinnertime staple in your household.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
  • 2 (10.5-ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 (16-ounce) box linguine, cooked
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2 –In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, the chicken soup, the sour cream, the salt, the pepper, the butter, and the broth.

Step 3 –Add the cooked noodles and mix well to combine.

Step 4 –Lightly grease a 9×13-inch pan and pour in the noodle mixture.

Step 5 –Sprinkle the parmesan and the mozzarella cheeses on top.

Step 6 –Bake for 40-50 minutes.

Step 7 –Serve warm.
