Ingredients

  • 4 pounds pork spareribs, cut into serving-size pieces
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup prepared mustard
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • hot pepper sauce, to taste

Directions

Step 1 –Place the ribs in a 5-quart slow cooker.

Step 2 –Combine the soy sauce, the mustard, the molasses, the vinegar, the Worcestershire sauce, and the hot pepper sauce.

Step 3 –Pour the sauce mixture over the ribs.

Step 4 –Cover and cook on low until the meat is tender, about 5-6 hours.
