Ingredients

  • 1 (14.5-ounce) can chicken broth
  • 1 (10.75-ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 (12-ounce) package croutons
  • 4 cups chicken, cooked, shredded
  • parsley, optional, for garnish

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

Step 2 –Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Step 3 –In a large bowl, combine the broth, the soup, the sour cream, and the butter.

Step 4 –Stir the croutons and the chicken into the soup mixture.

Step 5 –Transfer the chicken mixture to the prepared baking dish.

Step 6 –Bake, uncovered, until heated through, about 20-25 minutes.

Step 7 –Garnish the casserole with the parsley and serve.
