Full House™ Pasta Bake

Let’s stay in this little comfort bubble for a while and enjoy a meal equally as nostalgic. Full House™ Pasta Bake is the warm, creamy, savory, meaty dish you need to eat when you start to feel lost and alone. So, don’t worry, this pasta-filled deliciousness will be waiting to carry you home. Even if it doesn’t feel like it, everywhere you look, there’s a place you belong, a heart, a hand to hold onto. This old world isn’t always that confusing… at least as long as you have the right people by your side! So, gather around the ones you need the most (and who need you, too!) and dig into the Full House Pasta Bake. Chip-a-dee-ba-ba-dow!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound angel hair pasta
  • 2 cups chicken, cooked and shredded
  • 2 cups sausage, cooked and cut 1/2-inch-thick
  • 2 cups ham, cooked and cubed
  • 1 large yellow onion, chopped
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 16 ounces cottage cheese
  • 1 (10.5-ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 2 cups parmesan cheese, grated
  • parsley, to taste, chopped, for garnish

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2 –Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Step 3 –In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the angel hair pasta to al dente, according to the package directions.

Step 4 –Drain the water from the pasta.

Step 5 –In a large bowl, add the chicken, the sausage, the ham, the onions, the cheddar cheese, the cottage cheese, the cream of chicken soup, and the sour cream and mix to combine.

Step 6 –Add the cooked pasta to the meat mixture and stir to combine.

Step 7 –In a separate small pot, add 1 cup of the water and the bouillon cubes and heat until the cubes dissolve.

Step 8 –Pour the bouillon mixture over the pasta mixture and stir to combine.

Step 9 –Pour the pasta mixture into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle with the parmesan cheese.

Step 10 –Bake the pasta mixture until it is bubbling around the edges, about 30-35 minutes.

Step 11 –Garnish with the parsley and serve.
