Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons butter, cubed
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 cups baking mix, such as Bisquickâ„¢
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 1/2 cups chicken stock
- 1 (10.75-ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless, cooked and shredded
- 2 cups fresh or frozen vegetables, of your choice
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- fresh parsley, optional, to taste, chopped, for garnish

Directions
Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2 –Place the butter cubes in the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish and place in the preheating oven until they melt.
Step 3 –Transfer the prepared baking dish from the oven.
Step 4 –In a large bowl, mix the milk and the baking mix together.
Step 5 –In a small bowl, add the bouillon cubes and the chicken stock and stir to dissolve.
Step 6 –In a bowl, add the cream of chicken soup and gradually mix in the stock mixture to keep it smooth.
Step 7 –Evenly add the chicken to the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
