Million Dollar Chicken Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni, uncooked
  • 4 cups rotisserie chicken, chopped and cooked
  • 1/2 cup parmesan, grated
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Directions

Step 1 –Prepare a 9×13 inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.

Step 2 –In a large bowl, whisk the sour cream, cottage cheese, cream of chicken soup, cream cheese, chicken broth, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, and onion powder together.

Step 3 –Mix in the uncooked pasta and cooked chicken.

Step 4 –Pour the pasta and chicken mixture into the prepared pan.

Step 5 –Cover and refrigerate overnight, about 8 hours.

Step 6 –Take the dish out of the refrigerator and uncover it. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 7 –Top the pasta with the shredded mozzarella and grated parmesan cheese. Bake for 1 hour, uncovered.

Step 8 –Serve warm!
