No-Hassle Lasagna gives you your time back, but in return you still get the same delicious Italian taste you love from traditional lasagna! That’s a fair trade in our books… and to our taste buds!

Ingredients

  • 1 (1-pound) package ground beef
  • 1 (28-ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 (25-ounce) package frozen sausage or cheese ravioli
  • 1 1/2 cups part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • fresh basil leaves, optional, to taste, for garnish

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Step 2 –Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Step 3 –In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the ground beef and cook, while crumbling, until it is no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.

Step 4 –Drain the excess grease.

Step 5 –In the prepared baking dish, layer 1/3 of the spaghetti sauce, 1/2 of the raviolis, 1/2 of the cooked ground beef, and 1/2 cup of the mozzarella cheese.

Step 6 –Repeat the layers using 1/2 of the remaining spaghetti sauce, the remaining raviolis, the remaining ground beef, and 1/2 cup of the mozzarella cheese.

Step 7 –Add the remaining spaghetti sauce and the remaining mozzarella cheese onto the top layer of the lasagna.

Step 8 –Cover the lasagna and bake until heated through and the cheese is melted, about 40-45 minutes.

Step 9 –Serve garnished with the fresh basil.
