Parmesan-Crusted Steak & Potato Dinner

Steak dinner doesn’t have to be difficult to be mouthwatering and delicious! This easy Parmesan-Crusted Steak & Potato Dinner is quick to make, easy to clean up, and absolutely scrumptious! Flank steak is cooked to perfection in the oven and seasoned with parmesan, olive oil, cracked pepper, and more for maximum flavor. The potatoes that accompany this delicious steak are roasted until golden brown. Parmesan-Crusted Steak is a hearty, savory meal that you’ll want to make again and again!

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds red potatoes
  • 1 pound asparagus
  • 3-4 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 4-5 tablespoons Parmesan, grated
  • 3 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cracked pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt, more or less to taste
  • 1 1/2 pound flank steak

Directions

Step 1 –Set your oven to broil.

Step 2 –Slice off the ends of the asparagus and then rinse, and pat it dry.

Step 3 –Cut the potatoes into quarters.

Step 4 –In a medium-sized mixing bowl or sheet pan that is sprayed with oil, toss together the potatoes, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of parmesan, 1 minced clove of garlic, 1/2 teaspoon of cracked pepper, salt to taste, and your parsley.

Step 5 –Mix it well to coat all of the potatoes evenly.

Step 6 –Spread out the potatoes evenly onto a sheet pan and then broil them for 6 to 8 minutes, until they just start to brown.

Step 7 –Spread out 1 tablespoon of the olive oil on each side of the steak and salt to your taste.

Step 8 –Spread out the two garlic cloves, then the rest of the pepper.

Step 9 –Add 2 tablespoons of the parmesan onto the steak as well.

Step 10 –Once the potatoes are ready, push them to the side and put the steak next to them.

Step 11 –Mix in the asparagus and then sprinkle them with olive oil, the rest of the parmesan cheese, and a minced garlic clove.

Step 12 –Add the sea salt and pepper to your liking.

Step 13 –Put the pan back into the oven and then broil the steak on both sides for 4 to 6 minutes on each side and then check them for the wanted doneness, medium.

Step 14 –Move the pan out from the oven and then allow it to rest for about 5 to 10 minutes.

Step 15 –Serve with an extra sprinkle of parmesan cheese and enjoy!
