Ingredients

  • 1 (4-ounce) can small shrimp, rinsed and drained
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice, divided
  • 1 teaspoon Greek seasoning
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, cubed
  • 3/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup sweet red peppers, chopped, roasted, and drained
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced
  • baked pita chips, optional, for serving

Directions

Step 1 –In a small bowl, combine the shrimp, 1 tablespoon of the lemon juice, and the Greek seasoning.

Step 2 –In a food processor, combine the cream cheese, the feta cheese, the red peppers, the garlic, and the remaining lemon juice.

Step 3 –Cover and process until smooth.

Step 4 –Stir the cheese mixture into the shrimp mixture.

Step 5 –Transfer the dip into a serving bowl.

Step 6 –Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Step 7 –Stir the dip before serving and garnish with the parsley.
