Ingredients
- 2 cups smoked mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 cups provolone cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, finely grated
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- potato bread, to taste, crust removed and cut into 1/2-inch-thick strips
- olive oil, to taste
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- 1 Roma tomato, diced

Directions
Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
Step 2 –Coat a 1 1/2-quart baking dish with nonstick spray.
Step 3 –In a large bowl, add the mozzarella, the provolone, the parmesan, the cream cheese, the Italian seasoning, and the red pepper flakes and use a wooden spoon to mix.
Step 4 –Pour the cheese mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake until the cheese has melted and the top is bubbling and slightly browned on top, about 20 minutes.
Step 5 –Brush the potato bread strips with the oil.
Step 6 –Place the bread strips in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake, flipping them once, until they are toasted and golden-brown, about 5 minutes.
Step 7 –Sprinkle the dip with the chopped parsley and add the diced tomatoes decoratively to the center.
Step 8 –Serve the dip with the toasted bread strips.
