Sunshine-In-A-Glass brings a burst of sunny citrus flavors to a sweet and bubbly cocktail, made with a touch of warming vodka and extra bright citrus soda. The refreshing fruit slices just make Sunshine-In-A-Glass all the more delicious! When the weather turns stormy, why not make a little sunshine of your own!
Ingredients
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1 lime, thinly sliced
- 1 cara cara orange, thinly sliced
- 1 red grapefruit, thinly sliced
- 12 ounces vodka, chilled
- 6 teaspoons granulated sugar
- ice, to taste
- 3 (12-ounce) cans citrus-flavored soda
Directions
Step 1 –Divide the lemon slices, the lime slices, the orange slices, and the grapefruit slices among six Mason jars.
Step 2 –Add 2 ounces of the vodka and 1 teaspoon of the sugar to each jar.
Step 3 –Tightly screw on the lids and shake each jar.
Step 4 –Remove the lids, fill each of the jars with the ice, and top with 6 ounces of the citrus soda.
Step 5 –Serve.
