  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 3/4 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • For the topping:
  • 3 tablespoons white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Step 2 –Grease the bottoms of each cup in a 12-cup muffin tin or line them with baking cups.

Step 3 –Using a medium mixing bowl, add together the flour, 1/2 cup of the white sugar, baking powder, chocolate chips, and salt, combining thoroughly.
