Winner Dip

When the game is on the line, you need to have the best on the table. This Winner Dip will be the right call to make your appetizers team-ready. With mozzarella and parmesan cheeses melted and huddled up with baby spinach, artichoke hearts, rich cream cheese, and perfect seasonings, there is no underdog on this dip team. Winner Dip is so easy and so good, it will be the game-winning MVP of all your gameday gatherings. It’s definitely a champion!

Ingredients

  • 1 (10-ounce) bag baby spinach, roughly chopped
  • 1 (13-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained, quartered and chopped
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, low-fat, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 cup light sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/3 cup white or red onion, finely chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, plus more, to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt, plus more, to taste
  • dippers, such as chips or vegetables, to taste, for serving

Directions

Step 1 –In a medium slow cooker on the low setting, add the spinach, the artichoke hearts, the cream cheese cubes, the sour cream, the mozzarella cheese, the parmesan cheese, the onion, the garlic, 1/2 teaspoon of the black pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon of the salt and stir to combine.

Step 2 –Cover the spinach mixture and cook until the cheese is completely melted, about 2-3 hours on low or about 1 hour on high.

Step 3 –Stir the dip until evenly combined and season it with the extra black pepper and the extra salt as needed.

Step 4 –Serve warm with the dippers of your choice.
