Ingredients
- 1 (3-pound) beef chuck roast
- 5 medium potatoes, halved
- 1 (8-ounce) bag baby carrots
- 1 (12-ounce jar) beef gravy
Directions
Step 1 –Spray the slow cooker with cooking spray.
Step 2 –Add the beef, the potatoes, the carrots, and the gravy to the slow cooker and cover with the lid.
Step 3 –Cook the roast beef mixture on low heat until the meat and veggies are very tender, about 8 hours.
