Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 teaspoons packed brown sugar
  • 1 dash ground cinnamon
  • 1 dash ground nutmeg
  • 1 dash ground allspice
  • 1/8 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 ounces dark rum
  • 4 ounces hot water
  • 1 cinnamon stick, for garnish

Directions

Step 1 –Combine the butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and vanilla extract into the bottom of an Irish coffee glass or mug. Muddle or mix well.

Step 2 –Pour in the rum.

Step 3 –Top it off with the hot water.

Step 4 –Stir well and garnish with a cinnamon stick.

Step 5 –Serve.
