  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 graham crackers, finely crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar

Directions

Step 1 –In a bowl, combine the sliced strawberries and granulated sugar.

Step 2 –Let the strawberries sit while you prepare the rest of the dish, stirring them occasionally to help draw out the juices.

Step 3 –In a separate bowl, begin whipping the heavy whipping cream on high speed with a hand mixer or stand mixer.

Step 4 –When it becomes thick and fluffy, but is not yet forming peaks, add in the vanilla extract and powdered sugar.

Step 5 –Mix, starting at low speed until the powdered sugar is incorporated.

Step 6 –Switch the mixer to high speed and continue to whip until the whipped cream forms stiff peaks.

Step 7 –In a separate bowl, combine the cream cheese and lemon juice.

Step 8 –Use a hand mixer or stand mixer to whip the cream cheese and lemon juice together until soft and creamy.
