Ingredients

  • ice, enough to fill 2 copper mugs
  • 4 ounces vodka
  • sparkling cider, enough to fill 2 copper mugs
  • ginger beer, for topping
  • cinnamon sticks, optional, for garnish
  • sliced apple, optional, for garnish

Directions

Step 1 –To begin, fill 2 copper mugs with ice.

Step 2 –Pour 2 ounces of the vodka into each cup.

Step 3 –Fill the cup 2/3 full with the sparkling cider.

Step 4 –Top with the ginger beer.

Step 5 –Garnish with a cinnamon stick and apple slice.

Step 6 –Serve immediately.
