Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 (14-ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 (14.5-ounce) can tomatoes, drained
  • 1/2 (25-ounce) package frozen cheese raviolis
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese, grated

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.

Step 2 –In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the beef and cook, while crumbling, until it is no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes. Drain the excess grease.

Step 3 –Add the spaghetti sauce and the tomatoes to the beef and stir to combine.

Step 4 –Add 1/3 of the beef mixture to the bottom of an 11×7-inch baking dish.

Step 5 –Top the beef mixture with 1/2 of the raviolis and then sprinkle with 1/2 of the mozzarella cheese and 1/2 of the Monterey Jack cheese.

Step 6 –Repeat the layers, starting with the beef mixture and ending with the Monterey Jack cheese.

Step 7 –Top the final Monterey Jack layer with the remaining beef mixture.

Step 8 –Cover the ravioli bake with aluminum foil and bake, about 30 minutes.

Step 9 –Evenly sprinkle the ravioli bake with the parmesan cheese.

Step 10 –Serve.
