Biscuit Burgers

It really doesn’t get much simpler than Biscuit Burgers. Savory, juicy beef patties seasoned with classic Montreal Steak® seasoning, pan-seared to perfection, and then placed on a buttery biscuit for a bun. What more do you need? How much more comforting can a burger be? Oh yes, you can always find time and room in your stomach for these Biscuit Burgers!

Ingredients

  • 1 (16.3-ounce, 8-count) can refrigerated biscuits
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons Montreal Steak seasoning

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2 –Bake the biscuits according to the package directions.

Step 3 –In a large bowl, combine the beef and the Montreal Steak seasoning.

Step 4 –Divide the meat mixture into eight portions and shape each portion into a thin patty, about 1/2-inch-thick.

Step 5 –Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat.

Step 6 –Place four of the patties onto the heated skillet and cook until they reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F, about 5-7 minutes on each side.

Step 7 –Transfer the patties to a plate and cover them with foil to keep warm.

Step 8 –Repeat the cooking process with the remaining patties.

Step 9 –Split the biscuits horizontally.

Step 10 –Place one hamburger patty on the bottom half of each biscuit and then return the top halves.

Step 11 –Serve.
