Ingredients
- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- 8 ounces ground pork
- 2 cups Italian-flavored breadcrumbs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves, finely chopped
- 4 medium eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 medium onion, minced
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
Directions
Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2 –In a large bowl or mixer, thoroughly mix the beef, the pork, the breadcrumbs, the milk, the parsley, the eggs, the garlic, the onion, the salt, and the pepper together.
Step 3 –Chill the meat mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Step 4 –Line a shallow 9×13-inch baking pan with foil.
Step 5 –Shape the meat mixture into meatballs and place them on the prepared baking pan.
Step 6 –Bake the meatballs until they reach at least 160 degrees F internally, about 30 minutes.
Step 7 –Serve.
