Ingredients
For the dip:
- 2 cups chicken, cooked and shredded
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup cayenne pepper sauce, optional
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
Optional, for serving:
- green onions, to taste, chopped
- blue cheese crumbles, to taste
- French bread, to taste, sliced and toasted
Directions
Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2 -Mix the chicken, the cream cheese, the cayenne pepper sauce, the ranch dressing, and 1/2 cup of the blue cheese crumbles in a large bowl.
Step 3 -Spoon the chicken mixture into a shallow 1-quart baking dish.
Step 4 -Bake until the chicken mixture is heated through, about 20 minutes. Stir it well.
Step 5 -Sprinkle topped with the green onions and the remaining blue cheese crumbles.
