Butter Cookie Banana Pudding

Y’all! This will be one of the best desserts you will ever make! Butter Cookie Banana Pudding, can you even?! Yum! The buttery, crunchy, soft cookies layered with the to-die-for creamy vanilla pudding and deliciously ripe bananas are as homemade, momma-made-me-do-it, as you can get! This dish is so easy, so worth it, and you just won’t find this level of decadence anywhere else! Sorry for all of the exclamation points, but this Butter Cookie Banana Pudding is just too good not to get the point across! You will love this dream team of flavors; we are sure of it! Yum, yum, yum!

Ingredients

  • 3 (7.25-ounce) bags butter cookies
  • 6-8 bananas, peeled and sliced
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 (5-ounce) box instant French vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (12-ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

Directions

Step 1 –Add 1 bag of the butter cookies in a single layer in a deep 9×13-inch baking dish.

Step 2 –Layer the sliced bananas on top of the butter cookies.

Step 3 –In a large bowl, add the milk and the French vanilla pudding mix and use an electric hand mixer to blend until combined.

Step 4 –In a separate large bowl, add the softened cream cheese and the sweetened condensed milk and mix until smooth.

Step 5 –Fold the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture.

Step 6 –Add the cream cheese mixture to the pudding mixture and stir until well-combined.

Step 7 –Spread the pudding mixture over the top of the banana layer.

Step 8 –Repeat the layers starting with 1 bag of the cookies and ending with the pudding mixture.

Step 9 –Top the pudding mixture with the remaining bag of cookies.

Step 10 –Cover the dish and chill the pudding mixture until ready to serve.

Step 11 –Plate and serve.
