Ingredients

  • 40 chocolate sandwich cookies
  • 1/2 cup salted butter, melted and cooled
  • 1 (10.2-ounce) bag mini peanut butter candy bars
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 (16-ounce) container whipped topping, divided
  • 3 cups milk, cold
  • 2 (3.4-ounce) boxes instant chocolate pudding mix

Directions

Step 1 –Crumble the sandwich cookies in a food processor or crush them in a resealable plastic bag.

Step 2 –In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed cookies and the melted butter.

Step 3 –Spread the cookie mixture into a 9×13-inch baking dish, pressing the crust base down with your clean hands or with the back of a spatula.

Step 4 –Place the crust in the refrigerator to chill.

Step 5 –Unwrap and crush the peanut butter candy bars in a resealable plastic bag.

Step 6 –In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, the powdered sugar, and the peanut butter until smooth using an electric mixer.

Step 7 –Stir in 3/4 of the crushed peanut butter candy bars and 1 cup of the whipped topping.

Step 8 –Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly across the top of the chilled cookie crust.

Step 9 –Return the dish to the fridge to chill.

Step 10 –In a medium bowl, whisk together the milk and the chocolate pudding mix until smooth.

Step 11 –Spread the pudding layer across the top of the cream cheese layer.

Step 12 –Spread the remaining whipped topping over the pudding layer.

Step 13 –Garnish the cake with the remaining crushed candy pieces.

Step 14 –Chill in the refrigerator until all the layers are set, at least 1-2 hours or up to overnight.

Step 15 –Slice and serve.
