Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup onion, very finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1 cup Miracle Whip®
  • 8 cups cabbage, finely chopped
  • 2 medium carrots, shredded

Directions

Step 1 -In a medium bowl, combine the oil, the vinegar, and the sugar.

Step 2 -Add the onions and the celery salt to the oil mixture.

Step 3 -Stir the Miracle Whip into the onion mixture.

Step 4 -In a large bowl, place the cabbage and the carrots.

Step 5 -Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and stir well.

Step 6 -Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours and up to overnight.

Step 7 -Serve.
