Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon caramel sauce, store-bought
- 1/2 tablespoon raw sugar or sea salt
- ice, to taste
- 3 ounces Irish cream
- 3 ounces coffee liqueur
- 1 1/2 ounces vodka
Directions
Step 1 –In a saucer large enough to accommodate the rim of the glass, add the caramel sauce.
Step 2 –Dip the rim of the serving glass in the caramel sauce, making sure it is fully coated.
Step 3 –In another saucer, add the raw sugar.
Step 4 –Dip the caramel-coated rim into the raw sugar.
Step 5 –Fill the serving glass about halfway with the ice.
Step 6 –In a cocktail shaker, add the ice, the Irish cream, the coffee liqueur, and the vodka and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
Step 7 –Strain the mixture into the prepared serving glass over the ice.
Step 8 –Serve.
