Ingredients
- 1/4 cup lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 8 ounces pasta, cooked, drained and rinsed
- 3 cups fresh or frozen peas, cooked and drained
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 3 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
- 3 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
- 3 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 3 tablespoons fresh flat-leaf parsley, chopped

Directions
Step 1 –In a medium bowl, add the lemon juice, the lemon zest, the Dijon mustard, the honey, the salt, the black pepper, and the garlic clove and whisk to combine.
Step 2 –Slowly whisk the extra-virgin olive oil into the lemon juice mixture.
Step 3 –In a large bowl, add the pasta, the peas, the cherry tomatoes, the basil, the chives, the dill, and the parsley and stir to combine.
Step 4 –Add the lemon vinaigrette to the pasta mixture and gently toss to combine.
Step 5 –Plate the pasta salad and serve at room temperature, or cover and chill in the refrigerator before serving.
