Cottage Alfredo

Cottage Alfredo is, as the name suggests, the coziest alfredo pasta around! Instead of the traditional cheeses, it uses cottage cheese for a uniquely tangy flavor that pairs beautifully with the tender pasta. The sauce is as creamy as ever, with plenty of herbaceous flavors to enjoy while bundled up by the fire. Cottage Alfredo is a warming and comforting vegetarian take on an Italian classic, and it is sure to be a classic in your kitchen too!
