- 1/2 cup enchilada sauce, store-bought or homemade
- 1/2 cup pico de gallo, store-bought or homemade
- 2 avocadoes, sliced
Directions
Step 1 –Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and prepare the grates.
Step 2 –In a bowl, add the ground beef and the taco seasoning and use your hands to blend them together.
Step 3 –Use your hands to divide the beef mixture into equal portions and shape them into 4, 1/2-inch-thick, patties.
Step 4 –Add the patties to the grill and cook, flipping once, until they reach an internal temperature of 135 degrees F for medium doneness, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Step 5 –Top each of the patties with 1 of the cheese slices.
Step 6 –Turn off the heat and close the door of the grill. Let the patties rest inside until the cheese has melted, about 2-3 minutes.

Step 8 –Return the top buns and serve.
