Ingredients
- 4 pork loin chops
- kosher salt, to taste
- ground black pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon rosemary, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
Directions
Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Season the pork chops with the salt and pepper.
Step 2 –Mix together the butter, rosemary, and garlic in a bowl.
Step 3 –Add the oil to an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
Step 4 –Set the pork chops in the skillet with the hot oil.
Step 5 –Cook the pork for 4 minutes on each side.
Step 6 –Place the skillet in the oven, and cook until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees F, about 10-12 minutes.
Step 7 –Serve with the garlic butter.
