Garlic Parmesan Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 (16-ounce) can refrigerated biscuits
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 cup fresh parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella, shredded

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

Step 2 –Generously grease the wells of a muffin tin.

Step 3 –In a bowl, combine the melted butter and the garlic powder.

Step 4 –Cut each of the biscuits into six pieces and place them in a large bowl.

Step 5 –Add the garlic butter, the parsley, the parmesan, and the mozzarella to the biscuits and toss to combine.

Step 6 –Divide the biscuit pieces into the muffin wells and bake until they are browned, about 11-13 minutes.

Step 7 –Let the biscuits cool for 5 minutes.

Step 8 –Run a butter knife along the edges of the wells to release the biscuits.

Step 9 –Serve.
