Grandma’s Chicken & Gravy

Simply grab your slow cooker and combine some plump chicken breasts, creamy chicken soup, and zesty ranch seasoning, plus a little savory chicken broth, and then let it all do its thing! Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 1 (1-ounce) packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 (10.5-ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth or water
  • mashed potatoes, to taste, cooked and hot, for serving

Directions

Step 1 –Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of a slow cooker.

Step 2 –Top the chicken breasts with the ranch seasoning, the cream of chicken soup, and the chicken broth.

Step 3 –Cover and cook on low until the chicken breasts are tender and reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F, about 4-6 hours on low or 2-3 hours on high.

Step 4 –Using two forks, shred the chicken.

Step 5 –Serve over the mashed potatoes.
