Ingredients
- 4 (4-ounce) pork loin chops, boneless
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme, crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
Step 1 –Heat the grill to medium heat.
Step 2 –Sprinkle the pork chops with the lemon juice.
Step 3 –In a small bowl, combine the parsley, the rosemary, the thyme, and the pepper.
Step 4 –Rub the seasoning mixture over the pork chops.
Step 5 –Grill the pork chops, covered, until a thermometer inserted into the center reads at least 145 degrees F, about 4-5 minutes on each side.
Step 6 –Allow the pork to stand for 5 minutes.
Step 7 –Serve.
