Ingredients
- 1 (9-ounce) package refrigerated cheese tortellini
- 1/2 cup butter, cubed
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, minced
- 1/3 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
- pepper, to taste
Directions
Step 1 –In a large pot of boiling water, cook the tortellini to al dente, according to the package directions. Drain the tortellini and keep warm.
Step 2 –In the same pot, melt the butter.
Step 3 –Add the cooked tortellini, the parsley, and the nuts to the butter and toss to coat.
Step 4 –Sprinkle the pasta with the parmesan cheese and the pepper.
Step 5 –Serve.
