Herby Lemon Chops

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon garlic seasoning blend, plus more to taste, salt-free
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil, plus more to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano, plus more to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes, plus more to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt, plus more to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, plus more to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary, plus more to taste, crushed
  • 2 (6-ounce) pork loin chops, bone-in
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions

Step 1 –Combine the garlic seasoning blend, basil, oregano, parsley flakes, salt, garlic powder, and rosemary.

Step 2 –Rub the seasoning mixture over the chops on all sides.

Step 3 –In a large nonstick skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

Step 4 –Once the oil is shimmering, add the chops and cook until the chops register 145 degrees F, about 5-8 minutes per side.

Step 5 –Transfer the chops from the heat.

Step 6 –Drizzle the chops with lemon juice.

Step 7 –Cover and let the chops rest for 5 minutes.

Step 8 –Serve.
