Holy Smokes Dip

Holy smokes… this is delicious! Holy Smokes Dip is packed with plenty of spicy, savory sausage swimming in a delicious, creamy cheese sauce. Tangy, herbaceous, and ready for all of the tortilla chips you could find for dipping, Holy Smokes Dip will make everyone exclaim with happiness! Hooray for amazing dips like this!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground sausage
  • 1 (16-ounce) container sour cream
  • 1 (8-ounce) package processed cheese, such as Velveeta®, cut into small cubes or shredded
  • 1 (4-ounce) block Muenster cheese, cubed or shredded
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • tortilla chips, to taste, for serving

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2 –Lightly coat a 9×9-inch square pan with cooking spray.

Step 3 –In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the sausage and cook, while crumbling, until it is no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.

Step 4 –Drain the fat from the skillet.

Step 5 –In a large bowl, add the cooked sausage, the sour cream, the processed cheese, the Muenster, the onion powder, the garlic powder, the Worcestershire sauce, and the parsley and stir to combine.

Step 6 –Pour the sausage mixture into the prepared pan.

Step 7 –Bake until bubbly, about 30-40 minutes.

Step 8 –Serve hot with the tortilla chips.
