Jennifer Garner Salad

What is it about celebrities that fascinate us so much? Because really, when it comes down to it, they’re just humans like us and they have to eat, too! That’s what inspired this Jennifer Gardner Salad. We thought and thought about what she might like, and that’s how this fresh spring mix concoction came to be! We top it with juicy strawberries, crispy prosciutto, crunchy almonds, creamy burrata, and some tangy balsamic vinaigrette for a bite that we think is as rich and star-studded as anything Jennifer has been a part of. Live in a lap of luxury with a big bowl of this Jennifer Garnder Salad!

Ingredients

  • 3 slices prosciutto
  • 3 ounces spring mix
  • 1 cup strawberries, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Marcona almonds
  • 4 ounces burrata
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette, homemade or store-bought

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2 –Add the prosciutto to a baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 12 minutes.

Step 3 –Cool slightly and then crumble the prosciutto into small pieces.

Step 4 –Add the spring mix to a shallow bowl and top with the strawberries, the almonds, the prosciutto crumbles, and the burrata.

Step 5 –Drizzle the salad with the balsamic vinaigrette and toss to combine.

Step 6 –Serve.
