Ingredients
- 1 (10.75-ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup or cream of onion soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 (20-ounce) package refrigerated red-skinned potato wedges
- 1 (16-ounce) package frozen cooked meatballs
- 1 (16-ounce) package frozen stir-fry vegetables
Directions
Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2 –In a large bowl, combine the soup, the milk, the sour cream, the salt, and the pepper.
Step 3 –Stir in the potatoes, the meatballs, and the frozen vegetables.
Step 4 –Transfer the mixture to a 3-quart baking dish.
Step 5 –Bake, covered, until heated through, about 1 hour.
Step 6 –Serve hot.
