Million Dollar Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 ounce) package spaghetti noodles
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 tablespoons butter, divided
  • 3 cups chicken, cooked and chopped
  • 2 (24 ounce) jars of spaghetti sauce, of your choice
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F

Step 2 –Boil the spaghetti until al dente, following package directions.

Step 3 –While the noodles are cooking, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, cottage cheese, onion powder, and garlic powder. Set aside.

Step 4 –Add 2 tablespoons of the butter to a 9×13-inch baking dish and place in the oven. Allow the butter to melt, then remove the dish from the oven. Set aside until the noodles are ready.

Step 5 –Pour half of the spaghetti noodles into the casserole dish and top with the cheesy cream sauce.

Step 6 –Add the remaining spaghetti noodles to the dish, top with the chicken, and then add in the remaining butter.

Step 7 –Add in the spaghetti sauce and top with the cheddar cheese.

Step 8 –Bake for 25-30 minutes at 375 degrees F.

Step 9 –Remove from the oven and let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
