Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups lobster meat, cooked and cooled, cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup celery, diced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt, plus more, to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper, plus more, to taste
  • 3 hot dog buns
  • 1-2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon green onions, finely chopped

Directions

Step 1 –In a medium mixing bowl, add the lobster meat, the mayonnaise, the celery, the lemon juice, the parsley, the salt, and the pepper and mix well until evenly combined.

Step 2 –Carefully open the hot dog buns and spread the butter on the inside.

Step 3 –Place the hot dog buns open-side down on a hot skillet and toast over medium-high heat until golden brown on the inside, about 1-2 minutes.

Step 4 –Divide the lobster mixture between the toasted buns and sprinkle the green onions on top.

Step 5 –Serve.
