Ingredients

  • 16 ounces Brussels sprouts, rinsed
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil or butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, freshly cracked
  • parsley, to taste, for garnish

Directions

Step 1 –Position a rack into the center of the oven.

Step 2 –Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Step 3 –Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 4 –Trim the bottoms of the Brussels sprouts and slice them in half from top to bottom.

Step 5 –Pat the Brussels sprouts dry with paper towels.

Step 6 –In a large bowl, combine the Brussels sprouts, the olive oil, the Italian seasoning, the garlic, the parmesan, the salt, and the pepper and toss gently to coat.
