  • 1 pound lobster meat, cooked and cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1/4 cup celery, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons chives, thinly sliced, divided
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
