  • 12 carrots, peeled and cut in half

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 4 tablespoons butter, diced and melted

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2 –Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 3 –Place the carrots onto the prepared baking sheet, sprinkle them with the salt, the pepper, the cinnamon, and the brown sugar, and gently toss to coat.

Step 4 –Pour the melted butter over the carrots.

Step 5 –Roast the carrots, tossing them halfway through, until they are cooked through, about 25-30 minutes.
