Ingredients
- 2 (9 ounces) packages cheese tortellini, refrigerated
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 pint heavy cream
- 4 ounces chive and onion cream cheese
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
Step 1 –In a large pot of salted water, cook the tortellini according to the package directions.
Step 2 –Drain the water.
