Savory & Sweet Cinnamon Rolls

They’re simple, yet intriguing with the savory, rockin’ rotisserie chicken and crispy, suave bacon goodness, sauntering between the sweet and rich cinnamon rolls. All the flavors really make this bake the belle of the ball and quite the bash. Ingredients

  • 2 cups chicken, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/3 cup bacon bits
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 (8-count) cans cinnamon rolls, including the icing packets

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Step 2 –Grease a 9×13 baking dish.

Step 3 –In a medium mixing bowl, combine the chicken, the cheese, the bacon bits, the mayonnaise, the salt, and the pepper and stir well.

Step 4 –Use your hands to thinly flatten 1 can of the cinnamon rolls and place them at the bottom of the prepared baking dish, ensuring to cover as much of the dish as possible.

Step 5 –Evenly spread the chicken mixture over the rolls.

Step 6 –Use your hands to thinly flatten the remaining can of cinnamon rolls and place them on top of the chicken mixture.

Step 7 –Bake the cinnamon roll mixture until the cinnamon rolls are lightly browned, about 22-25 minutes.

Step 8 –Spread the icing packets over the cinnamon rolls.

Step 9 –Serve.
