Enter in this Simple Oven-Baked Ranch Chicken. It’s got more than enough tangy, cheesy flavor to keep things tasty and interesting, yet it requires very little effort and clean-up to convince you to actually want to make it. It’s just so perfect! Ingredients
- 1 ounce ranch dressing mix
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 4 chicken breasts, skinless and boneless

Directions
Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Step 2 –Coat a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Step 3 –In a shallow plate, combine the ranch mix, the breadcrumbs, and the parmesan cheese.
Step 4 –Place the mayonnaise in a second shallow plate.
Step 5 –Dredge both sides of the chicken breasts through the mayonnaise.
Step 6 –Dredge both sides of the chicken breasts through the breadcrumb mixture.
Step 7 –Place the coated chicken breasts on the prepared baking dish.
Step 8 –Bake the chicken breasts until they reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F, about 40 minutes.
Step 9 –Serve.
