Ingredients

  • 1 (12-count) package Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • 1 (6-ounce) package ham, thinly sliced
  • 1 (5-ounce) package salami, thinly sliced
  • 1 (5-ounce) package pepperoni, thinly sliced
  • 9 slices provolone cheese
  • 1/3 cup pickled hot cherry peppers, sliced
  • 1/3 cup pepperoncini, sliced
  • 1/4 cup salted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 cup marinara sauce, homemade or store-bought, for serving

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2 –With the rolls still attached, use a serrated knife to horizontally cut the whole Hawaiian sweet roll package in half, then transfer the bottom half onto an 18×24-inch baking sheet.

Step 3 –Evenly layer the ham, the salami, the pepperoni, and the provolone cheese over the bottom half.

Step 4 –Evenly layer the hot cherry peppers and the pepperoncini on top of the provolone cheese.

Step 5 –Return the top roll half over the pepperoncini layer.

Step 6 –In a small bowl, add the melted butter, the Italian seasoning, and the crushed garlic and mix to combine.

Step 7 –Use a pastry brush to evenly brush the seasoned butter mixture all over the top roll half.

Step 8 –Completely cover the sliders with aluminum foil and bake until they are golden-brown, about 30 minutes.

Step 9 –Serve the sliders with the marinara sauce.
