Ingredients

For the sliders:

  • 3/4 pound deli-sliced ham
  • 12 sweet slider buns, halved
  • 24 slices Swiss cheese, provolone cheese, or Pepper Jack cheese

For the glaze:

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon poppyseeds
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2 –Lightly coat a 9×13-inch rimmed sheet pan with cooking spray.

Step 3 –Place the bottom buns in the prepared sheet pan and top with 1/2 of the cheese.

Step 4 –Top the cheese with the ham, the remaining cheese, and the top buns.

Step 5 –In a small bowl, whisk the butter, the brown sugar, the Dijon mustard, the poppyseeds, the Worcestershire sauce, the onion powder, the garlic powder, the salt, and the pepper together.

Step 6 –Brush the glaze across the tops of the rolls.

Step 7 –Cover the sheet pan with foil and bake for 20 minutes.

Step 8 –Discard the foil and bake until the cheese has melted, about 10 minutes.

Step 9 –Serve.
