No matter what day of the week it is, it’s always a good day for tater tots! Tuesday’s Tot-chos are a great choice when you need to switch up your Tuesday side dish menu or your Sunday football snacks. Golden tater tots are baked, then topped with a creamy ranchy, creamy sauce, shredded cheddar cheese, and crumbled bacon. They’re baked again until all that cheese is melted and gooey. Ingredients

  • 1 (32-ounce) bag frozen tater tots
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 3 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

Step 2 –Line an 11×17-inch baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 3 –Add the tater tots to the prepared baking sheet and bake, according to the package instructions, until they are golden-brown and crispy.

Step 4 –While the tater tots are baking, in a small bowl, add the sour cream and the ranch dressing and whisk to combine.

Step 5 –Transfer the baking sheet to a wire rack and spread the sour cream mixture over the baked tater tots.

Step 6 –Evenly sprinkle the cheddar cheese, the crumbled bacon, and the parsley over the sour cream mixture.

Step 7 –Bake the tot-chos until the cheddar cheese has begun to melt.

Step 8 –Serve the tot-chos immediately.
