Ingredients
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 cup unsweetened milk of choice
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- berries, optional, of your choice, for garnish

Directions
Step 1 –Combine the oats, the milk, the chia seeds, and the maple syrup.
Step 2 –Refrigerate for at least 8 hours and up to overnight.
Step 3 –Top with the berries and serve.
